This offering is an on-going group for current and past clients of mine and those who have taken my workshop previously.

In this group we will go over triggers and how to thread the present back to the past.

We will also utilize different grounding and healing techniques that I provided in my course, as well as new ones to further support you on your journey and help integrate the material.

This group meets online on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 7-8:30pm and the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 10-11:30 am and costs $150.00 a session.
