Free Monthly Community Connection Call & Group Energy Healing

These online groups are for anyone on the journey of healing and self-discovery, whether you are new to the path or have been on it for a long time.

During the Community Connection Call, I share valuable information about a specific topic each month, such as healing, trauma, relationships, childhood wounds, chronic pain and grief and loss. You can seek support and ask questions about anything you are going through in your life. I will provide words of wisdom, resources, guidance and hope.
